OEM, ODM and private label production, described in the buyer’s language: minimum quantities, artwork formats accepted, sampling lead time, and what you can and cannot do in-house.
Capabilities
What we can make for you, on what terms, and what we need from you to start.
Four ways to buy from the factory
OEM
You send the drawing, the sample or the spec sheet. We tool up, match it and produce it under your name.

Our product, your label, your packaging and your barcode — ready for the shelf on arrival.

Customisation
Colours, panel layout, materials, logo placement, size range, printed or embroidered branding, hang tags and retail packaging. Send artwork as vector — AI, EPS or PDF — with Pantone references. Raster files are worked from, but the colour match is then ours to guess rather than yours to specify.
- Artwork: AI, EPS or PDF, Pantone referenced
- Branding: print, embroidery, heat transfer, woven label
- Packaging: polybag, colour box, retail header card
Sampling
A pre-production sample is made in your material, your colours and your artwork, and nothing enters bulk until you have signed it off in writing. Sample charges are quoted up front and credited against the first production order.
- Stock sample: shipped within a few working days
- Custom sample: quoted with the artwork, credited on order
- Approval: written sign-off before bulk starts
Quality control
Incoming material is checked before it is cut, the line is checked while it runs, and a final inspection is done against the approved sample before cartons are sealed. Third-party inspection — SGS, Intertek, BV or your own agent — is welcome and does not need to be arranged through us.
- Inbound: material, stitching and bladder checks
- In-line: dimension, weight and colour against the sample
- Final: AQL inspection before sealing, report on request
Packing & export
Export cartons are marked to your instruction, with your barcodes and country-of-origin labelling applied in the factory rather than in your warehouse. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP and load on site.
- Terms: EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP against your named port
- Labelling: your barcodes, carton marks and origin labels
- Documents: invoice, packing list, certificate of origin
